He was a ray of sunshine to those who met him, a happy and sweet child. He is survived by his parents, family, friends, and those who cared for him. His visitation will be held on Thursday, January 18, 2024, from 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm at The Memorial Chapel of Waukegan, 1521 Washington Street, Waukegan, IL 60085.
