Beatriz E Carlin, 68, of North Chicago, passed away on August 31, 2017 in Waukegan. She was born April 5, 1949 to Maria Garcia Ayala and Francisco Diaz Sanchez in Michoacán, Mexico. Beatriz was a true warrior who always made sure her family was taken care of. She married Luis N Carlin Sr. on February 23, 1974. Her blessings include her beloved husband whom she shared 43 years and six months of happiness, Luis Carlin Sr; her children Beatriz "Tichita" Carlin, Lucero "Nene" Lopez, Luis Carlin "Jr"; her grandkids who gave her the nickname "Mama Ticha", Lucy, Anie, Stephy, Jackie, David, Jazline; her adored great grandkids; 7 brothers & sisters; extended family and friends. Beatriz was a strong woman, her husband often adored calling her "mi reina o mi guerrera" although she has passed, her memory remains in the heart of those whose life she touched. Her visitation will be on Wednesday, September 6, 2017 from 5-9 pm at The Memorial Chapel of Waukegan, 1521 Washington St. Waukegan, IL 60085.
