Geovanny Alvarez, 22, of Waukegan, passed away after an car accident on October 30, 2021. He was born on May 16, 1999. He is survived by his mother, Margarita Ortiz, siblings, extended family & numerous friends. His visitation will be held on Friday, November 5, 2021 from 5-9pm at The Memorial Chapel of Waukegan, 1521 Washington Street. His mass will be held on Saturday, November 6, 2021 from 10-11am at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 910 14th Street, North Chicago, IL 60064. Interment will follow at Northshore Garden of Memories, 1801 Greenbay Road, North Chicago, IL 60064.
