Hector Justo Rodriguez Obituary (1936

Hector Justo Rodriguez, 81, of Waukegan, passed away on January 13, 2018. Hector was born February 10, 1936 in Arecibo, Puerto Rico. He was a counselor at “NICASA” center in Waukegan where he retired after 30 years of service. He worked at the News Sun, supported many AA organizations, and owner of a Pest Control service. Hector was a devoted father, enjoyed traveling and attending outdoor musical events. Hector is survived by his wife of 60 years Emma Rodriguez; his children Hector (Dora) Jr., Enrique “Quique”, Rose E., Angel Luis (Enid) Rodriguez; grandchildren Fabian Rodriguez & Liliana Rose Ytuarte Rodriguez; siblings Ana Delia Chappell, Maria Cruz, Fernanda “Nanda” Clark, Israel “Papo” Rodriguez, as well as many loving nieces, nephews and many friends. Hector is preceded in death by both parents Justo & Maria Rodriguez Hernandez, son Anthony Rodriguez, sisters Amparo, Gloria, Isabel and his in-laws, Fernando “Freddy” & Maria Canales. Hector will be deeply missed by his family and friends and all who knew him. Visitation will be held on Friday January 19, 2018 from 5:00 - 9:00pm at The Memorial Chapel of Waukegan, 1521 Washington Street Waukegan, IL 60085. Funeral mass will be held on Saturday January 20, 2018 at 10:00am at Most Blessed Trinity – Holy Family Site 450 Keller Ave. Burial will take place at Ascension Cemetery in Libertyville, for more information please call, (847) 623-3730.
