Joel Garcia Jr., de 47 años falleció el 9 de junio de 2023. Joel nació el 20 de noviembre de 1975 en Laredo, Texas. Hijo de Joel Garcia Sr. y la Sra. Graciela Gonzalez (en paz descansen). Joel siempre fue una persona muy alegre. Le encantaba siempre estar en buen ambiente, muy amiguero, y siempre bailando y escuchando música. Le gustaban los deportes, jugó en la liga de baseball de Nuevo León aquí en Waukegan. Sus equipos favoritos eran los San Francisco 49’s y los Tigres de Nuevo León.

Joel conocio a Karla en Nuevo León, México, después de 8 años de noviazgo, se unieron en matrimonio en el año 2005. Juntos formaron una linda familia. A Joel le sobreviven, su linda esposa, Karla; sus hijos Joel Garcia III, Karim Garcia y Barbara Garcia; 7 hermanos; familia extendida aquí y en México y muchas amistades.

A sus familiares y amigos, se les invita a celebrar su vida. Su velorio será el jueves, 15 de junio 2023 entre 4:00 - 8:00 pm en la funeraria Memorial Chapel de Waukegan, 1521 Washington Street, Waukegan, IL, 60085.

Joel Garcia Jr., 47 years old, passed away on June 9, 2023. Joel was born on November 20, 1975 in Laredo, Texas. He was the son of the late Joel Garcia Sr. and Graciela Gonzalez. Joel was a very optimistic person. He enjoyed good company and was very friendly. He also enjoyed dancing and listening to music. He loved watching and playing sports. He was a member of the Waukegan Nuevo Leon baseball league. His favorite teams included the San Francisco 49’s and the Nuevo Leon Tigres.

Joel met Karla, in Nuevo Leon, Mexico and after 8 years, they were united in matrimony in 2005. Together they formed a beautiful family. He is survived by his beloved wife, Karla; children Joel Garcia III, Karim Garcia and Barbara Garcia; 7 siblings; extended family here & in Mexico and countless friends.

Friends and family are invited to celebrate his life. His visitation will be held on Thursday, June 15, 2023 from 4:00 - 8:00 pm at The Memorial Chapel of Waukegan, 1521 Washington Street, Waukegan, IL 60085.
