Jou K Lau, 85, of Waukegan, passed away on January 21, 2018. Jou was born July 23rd, 1933. He was the former owner of Golden Dragon Kitchen, the famous carry out restaurant on Washington and Butrick in Waukegan. Visitation will be held on Friday, January 26, 2018 from 6-9 pm at The Memorial Chapel of Waukegan, 1521 Washington Street, Waukegan, IL 60085. Family and friends are invited to join on Saturday, January 27, 2018 from 10 am until time of remembrance which will begin at 11:30 am at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Ascension Cemetery.
