A Juan le sobreviven su querida esposa de 41 años, Rosalba Gomez; sus hijos, Angelica, Maricarmen, y Manuel; sus 9 nietos, Alizae, Bri, Esteban, Juan Antonio, Damian, Gili, Noah, Emilio, y Elissa "Kata"; un bisnieto, Emani; 9 hermanos y 3 hermanas; familia extendida y muchas amistades. He was the dear son of Sabino Mireles Santana and Maria del Carmen Herrera Salazar. Juan married the love of his life Rosalba Gomez in August 1982. Together they had 3 children, 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Juan was a humble man, loving, simple, who touched many lives. He was a soccer and football enthusiast. His favorite teams are El Cruz Azul, Green Bay Packers, and the White Sox. Juan is survived by his beloved wife of 41 years, Rosalba Gomez; children, Angelica, Maricarmen, and Manuel; 9 grandchildren, Alizae, Bri, Esteban, Juan Antonio, Damian, Gili, Noah, Emilio, and Elissa "Kata"; one great grandchild, Emani; 9 brothers and 3 sisters; extended family and countless friends. His funeral mass will be held on Saturday, January 6, 2024 at 2:00 pm at Holy Family Church, 450 Keller Avenue, Waukegan, IL 60085.
