Juanita V. Hernandez passed away on May 26, 2015. She was born in Carrizo Springs, Texas on May 13, 1939. In 1962 she moved to Waukegan. She was a homemaker and avid gardener who enjoyed antiques. She is survived by her beloved husband Victor G. Hernandez, four sons and four daughters, Victor Jr. (Milagros), Domingo (Patricia), Elizabeth (Javier) Castorena, Anna (Enrique) Solis, Suzanne Sanchez, Johnny (Heather), Leticia (Javier) Garcia, Hector (Melissa); three brothers, Roberto L., Jr. (Emma) Villanueva, Jose Angel Villanueva, Rodolfo (Hope) Villanueva; sister Rosa L. Talamantes; 25 grandchildren and 35 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Roberto H. and Tomasa Villanueva; and one brother Gilbert L. Villanueva. Funeral Mass will be held at Most Blessed Trinity (Holy Family Site), 450 Keller Avenue, Waukegan, Illinois on Monday, June 1, at 10:00 a.m. Visitation will take place from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday May 31, at THE MEMORIAL CHAPEL OF WAUKEGAN, 1521 Washington Street, Waukegan, Illinois.
