It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Ma Guadalupe Trejo de Hernandez, 58 years old, of Waukegan. Ma Guadalupe peacefully passed away on the Tuesday, September 22nd, 2026, in Libertyville IL.

Please join us in remembrance of Ma Guadalupe, her visitation will be held on Monday, September 29th, 2026, from 5:00 PM - 9:00 pm at The Memorial Chapel of Waukegan, 1521 Washington St., Waukegan, IL. The last viewing will be held the following day, Tuesday, September 29th, 2026, from 9:00 - 10:30 AM at the funeral home. Mass will be held after at 11:00 AM at Holy Family Church 450 Keller Ave., Waukegan, IL, 60085. Internment will take place at Ascension Catholic Cemetery in Libertyville.

Con profunda tristeza anunciamos el fallecimiento de Ma. Guadalupe Trejo de Hernández, de 58 años y residente de Waukegan. Ma. Guadalupe falleció pacíficamente el martes 22 de septiembre de 2026 en Libertyville, Illinois.

Les invitamos a acompañarnos para honrar la memoria de Ma. Guadalupe; el velorio se llevará a cabo el lunes 29 de septiembre de 2026, de 5:00 p. m. a 9:00 p. m., en The Memorial Chapel of Waukegan, ubicada en 1521 Washington St., Waukegan, IL. La última visita tendrá lugar al día siguiente, martes 29 de septiembre de 2026, de 9:00 a. m. a 10:30 a. m. en la funeraria. Posteriormente, se celebrará una misa a las 11:00 a. m. en la iglesia Holy Family, situada en 450 Keller Ave., Waukegan, IL 60085. El sepelio se realizará en el cementerio católico Ascension en Libertyville.
