Melhem Romel Carrillo, 42, died on April 8th, 2015. Romel was born on April 13th, 1972 and was a resident of Zion, IL. Romel is survived by his mother and father Azucena and Luis A. Carrillo. Romel was also survived by his six children Gina, Jackie, Jasmine, Jocy, Diana, and Melhem R. Carrillo Jr. Romel was survived by his 4 brothers and one sister Luis and Nora Carrillo, Marco and Margarita Carrillo, Carlos and Marlene Carrillo, Marleni Carrillo, Marlon and Jessica Carrillo and numerous nieces, nephews. Services will be held on Sunday, April 12, 2015 at Memorial Chapel 1521 Washington St. Waukegan IL from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. A Church ceremony will take place on Monday, April 13, 2015 at Most Blessed Trinity Parish 450 Keller St. Waukegan, IL at 10:00 a.m. Romel will be laid to rest immediately following the Church ceremony at Mt. Olivet Memorial Park 1436 Kenosha Road, Zion IL. Romel will be missed and forever in our hearts and memories.
